Bridging the ESG Gap: A Gamified Diagnostic for Workplace Sustainability Culture
In collaboration with delaware, this project tackles the gap between corporate ESG commitments and how employees actually experience them at work. The team built GAP-I, a gamified diagnostic tool that turns employee perceptions into actionable alignment insights across four ESG pillars, revealing where values are genuinely embedded and where they remain invisible in daily practice.
Digital Legal Sustainability Benchmark for the Maritime Industry
In collaboration with IT company Delaware our student team developed in 16 weeks a digital tool, a "pogress bench mark' to support Maritime Companies in a check regarding how compliant they are with new and complex sustainability legislation. Why? The maritime sector is responsible for around 90% of the world's trade, and the shipping sector alone generates an estimated $500 billion in revenue annually. In 2018, the global shipping industry was responsible for 2.9% of global greenhouse gas emissions, which is a significant amount and clearly needs to be cut to create a future for the maritime industry.
